「Really enjoyed the time and we'll be back. Not sure what was going on with their housekeeping staff. First day we had to ask the desk to have the room cleaned after being gone all day and coming back to a dirty room. They apologized and sent someone up. Then the second day, they came through but forgot some of the towels, left very little toilet paper for the second day in a row. Again, we had to contact the desk. Could be that they were using extra summer staff who didn't know the routine....

「We had an excellent stay at Valdepalacios. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, but what truly made the experience special was the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive. The surroundings are also stunning, and the bike ride to spot deer is a must. We would definitely come back!」

「Es un sitio histórico muy bonito y bien cuidado, el personal muy atento y profesional. Muy recomendable.」

「Extraordinary location in the middle of old town Guadelupe, just steps away from the plaza major and the cathedral. You need to speak at least a little Spanish to get around. The stuff was helpful and the small room was clean.」

「Clean friendly staff」

「Lovely location, very quiet in a small village. Cute little separate chalets, which have basically everything you need. Very friendly people, also in the village bar/restaurant, 2 mins walk. If you’re a runner it’s fantastic as lots of light gravel trails from the property. I would definitely return if in the area.」

「客戶整潔，職員服務殷勤，只是浴缸有少許漏水的情況。」
