「Owner very flexible with the reservation」

「Beautiful property. So lovely to be able to walk down to the water and sit on the dock. Peaceful and lots of birds and beautiful landscaping. We loved the game room upstairs. Work out room was small with minimal equipment but we made it work. Breakfast was excellent 」

「Tienen un problema con el agua caliente que según me explicaron, es porque hay pocos pasajeros por lo que las cañerías no alcanzan a calentarse. La explicaición es muy buena. Sin embargo, debieran buscarle una solución.」

「El hostal tiene una excelente ubicación, la relación entre calidad y precio es muy buena, nos permitieron chequear temprano y eso fue muy conveniente. Podrían invertir un poquito en el sistema de ingreso desde el portón de planta baja porque la primera impresión no es la mejor, pero todo lo demás es excelente y lo recomiendo para viajar con presupuesto limitado.」

「En general la cabaña cumple sin embargo son muy heladas los que las hace ser poco acogedoras, no aconsejo ir en invierno…si bien nos esperaron con la estufa a Pellet prendida la cabaña no estaba temperada y la primera noche pasamos mucho frío. Por el precio creo se puede buscar mejor opción.」

「Tanto la Habitación como las instalaciones, muy limpias y Súper ordenadas. El Edificio Smart cuenta con una excelente ubicación, cerca de los puntos de interés más importantes en Isla Teja y Valdivia, puedes viajar y conocer atractivos turísticos en los alrededores viajando cómodamente en Autobús o puedes rentar un auto. Nuestra Anfitriona Fernanda, es muy profesional y te brinda un excelente servicio y asesoría sobre los alrededores. 」
