Epitome of Hospitality!!

A well run family business with kind, caring, friendly, helpful, hardworking hosts & staff - Katherine, Christian, their parents, Carlos, the chef, Valentina, & housekeepers. Both service & food were excellent. The place is spotless! You could eat off the floor! My only suggestion would be to eventually get a new shower enclosure & harder mattresses. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Una de las peores estadias que he tenido. Pieza y baño MUY pequeño. Arrendé por 3 días y no me quedé ninguno ya que las piezas eran muy pequeñas.

清潔感・コンディション・周辺エリア【ほどほど】なのに、総合が【とびきり良い】のかというと、宿の方達がとびきり親切で、ご飯が美味しいから、です。オプションのお夕ご飯も15 USD程度。チリの家庭料理という感じで、素朴な優しいお味です。仕事が理由で長期滞在を数回繰り返したのですが、訪ねるたびにものすごく歓迎してくれて、感激でした。

Muy buena opción en Osorno

La atencion es excelente. Se ponen a tu disposición para solucionarte cualquier inconveniente que tengas. La limpieza es excelente y el desayuno fabuloso. LAs habitaciones son muy pequeñas, pero limpísimas y con buena calidad de colchón y ropa de cama. No esta cerca del centro, pero se accede fácil, tanto al centro como al aeropuerto. Se puede dejar el vehículo en el patio sin dificultad, y si viajas puedes pedir que onserven el vehículo por algunos días. Volvería sin dudarlo.

O hotel é simpático, tem um restaurante com comida caseira bem saborosa. É bastante silencioso e agradavel. O quarto é muito pequeno mas é bem organizado. É uma boa opção para pousar entre um lugar e outro.
