「Stay at your own risk! Especially, if you’re not from el Salvador. If for some reason you are not satisfied and plan to leave early. They will advise they can make a refund to a bank acct. But, they don’t tell you it needs to be local bank in El Salvador. One of the rooms provided was infested with bed bugs and they refused to refund me the night that I got ate up by bugs. They close the lobby at night. So when I needed help at 2 am there was no one available and the “security” guard told me...

「This was our fourth time staying here and not the same. Under going construction with the third floor addition definitely made a difference with noise , dust and workers.」

「Very clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet at night even on the weekend which is surprising. Biggest thing they need are curtains or a proper dark blind on the windows. Clear blinds are not good. There was a little issue checking in as they took a little while to confirm the booking from hotels.com, but it was fine. Also no clear parking so you have to find somewhere on the local streets. As for El Cuco. Skip it. It's a locals dump.」
