「Air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly during the day and the room was warm. Staff said it would be fixed but it remained an issue. Air conditioner was also very loud. Hotel is relatively unclean, poorly maintained, and not characteristic of the photos in advertisement. Definitely would have left if the reservation was refundable and won’t stay here again.」

「I was a vendor at the Harbor Fest in Oswego and stayed here for 4 nights. I arrived at 3:00PM and was aware that check in was at 4:00PM, however the gentleman that greeted me, Robert said it was no problem with the early check in.
