Then, had to look around in a strange environment with no internet to pay for another descent accommodation making me to use most of my holidays money towards another accommodation. Trying to get a refund by making several phone calls and emails to accommodation manager but to no avail. Till date. I...

「The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. 」
