「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! 「We stayed in one of the panoramic suites which was absolutely outstanding. All of the common areas were very well maintained and the staff super accommodating.
