「Pros: has a 24/7 cafe downstairs although I did not try anything there; wifi is good for the Philippines starndard; bed is comfortable; aircon works okay; mart beside the hotel; room lights are great; it has a window and a balcony Cons: staff not friendly, shower is weak and water heater not great; bathroom seems unfinished with workarounds holding the tap or things like that; a bit costly for what it offers to a solo traveler; room is small」

「The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.」
