「Next to the railroad track. No front lobby. Cigarette butts all over. Not a safe neighborhood.」

「No black out drapes and the parking light was so bright it made it hard to sleep. Rude staff at check-in but the two staff after one girl and Dylan this am were nice. I asked for high floor and close to elevators. The clerk stated 1st or 2nd but we got on elevator someone going to 3rd floor who registered after us. I feel like the clerk punished us with our room.」

The kitchenette has basic pans and silverware, but no glasses, plates, etc. How does a kitchenette in wine country not even have wine glasses or a corkscrew? It has a dish drying rack but no sponge or dish soap. The way the accessible shower is designed, there is barely a lip between the shower floor and bathroom floor and the shower curtain doesn't reach the floor, so the floor floods when you...
