「We had reserved 2 rooms for 2 days but had to cancel one room for each day with Expedia and through Algotels. Expedia refunded one room. We had no issues with Quality Inn, the manager called us at home trying to help with the cancelation and ensure we had the same remaining room both nights. When we arrived we learned algotels canceled our whole reservation and Quality Inn staff and I were on the phone for about 2 hours being hung up on several times and finally they were able to get the money...

「I think overall it was good! I would recommend stating the breakfast days and time instead of just saying on weekends because some people look at Friday as a weekend day. We missed breakfast on Friday morning because we thought it went until 10 and we were not the only ones. There were about 6 other people that thought the same thing. I know the little insert you put in with the room key says the times and all that but I would definitely say Saturday and Sunday breakfast goes until 10 and...
