「The comfort and cleanliness of the room were both excellent. What impressed us the most was the absolute perfect choreography of breakfast being served! The food was delicious and everything was served in perfect order so hot goods were hot and cold foods were cold when eaten. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay!!!」

「The hosts were so friendly and lovely, given tea on arrival and recommendations for the area. The room was very spacious with a lovely view of the horses. An extremely comfortable bed. Lots of great breakfast options and again lovely views from the dining room. A great stay!」

「Being on my own with the dog, i was a little apprehensive. Absolutle no need. Booking in was easy. I was informed ofthe dog friendly places to eat. I was wvenoffered cutlery uf u wanted to order in. Breakfast was delivered to the room which is what they do for everyone. Was fresh and spot on poached eggs. Deffo recommend. Budget but good」

「Jane is friendly and sincere. We were impressed by her welcome tea while we did the check in. She actively provided advice on the choice of restaurants in the area and helped us book a table for dinner at Northern Sands. Jane and Richard are nice guys with their lovely cat, Lona. We did have a happy time there. Cheers.」

「We just stayed one night before the ferry to Orkney. The room was comfortable and really clean. Staff were friendly and helpful so top marks to the team. Great breakfast included in our rate was a bonus. I'd definitely stay here again. 」
