Special mention to Hope at reception who was excellent helping me when I needed help to re-print my boarding pass. The garden area was beautiful, plenty of seating and areas for children to play games, pool areas were very clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The only thing that could be improved, there was only entertainment on Friday night (we only stayed Thursday to Sunday).」

「The room and the hotel were exceedingly clean and met our needs in every way. The staff were exceptional caring for all our needs, polite, helpful and always available. The food was of a very high standard and the presentation was so inviting. We had dinner in the hotel on a couple of nights and were delighted by the selection and quality. The pool was very inviting but we just too busy to be able to take advantage of this facility. We will definitely return!!」

「All very good. The only slight thing was that we had 2 single duvets on a super king size bed. No issues with bed size. The sole issue was we felt we'd have been warmer/ more comfortable under a double duvet, as we have this at home. I think we were afraid to say, because everything else was very good.」

「Clean and well maintained. Outside amenities are good too. But Wifi isn't stable, You have a TV but it is not connected to power supply at all. No power supply in the second room. Found one under my Bed, after a long struggle. No Fan (portable) facility in peak Summer. Breakfast is great and tasty. Didn't have a chance to visit bar/restaurant. Staff was very helpful and customer friendly.」

「We were very happy with the seafront location, proximity to the beach and the Lido. We had a number of meals at the hotel, and we were very satisfied with the quality and service. The room was spacious and clean, the room was very warm through the most recent heat wave yet manageable with a fan. Transportation access to downtown and other attractions was very convenient on the number one bus with both pick up and drop off at the door. We would stay here again and recommended it to others fully.」
