「The staff at check in wasn’t particularly helpful. The whole check in lasted about 2 minutes and we weren’t given any information about breakfast or anything else. The lady checking us in seemed amused we didn’t automatically know which building we were supposed to be in or where to go. There wasn’t enough parking for the number of guests in the back carpark. 「The staff did all they could, but when there simply isnt enough staff, not much they can do about it. It took a fairly long time to queue for check in, we had dinner in 1 restaurant, needed to wait for quite a bit simply for a staff to be free to show us the table, orders and pay the bills etc. This is probably management problem rather than individuals...」
