「No regular house keeping but can book via whatsapp or call, house keeping is very thorough, and refilled all of the essentials. Reception replies very quickly through whatsapp and is very helpful. The location is ok convenient, located in a residential part, has a cheap supermarket Netto just around the corner, and a 10 to 15 mins walk to the østerport station. 「Efter aftale ankom jeg meget sent efter en meget lang rejse, indtjekning var ikke tydelig så endte med ikke at kunne omme ind kl 3 om natten måtte ud og finde et hotel og mistede derfor første nats betaling. Værten var på tideligt og var hjælpsom så jeg kom ind. Der var så varmt i lejligheden så umuligt at sove det var som en ovn. Håndklæder lugtede klamt, på billeder er der vaskemaskine men da jeg ville vaske virkede den ikke og fik af vide den var ikke inkl. Naboen stod konstant foran hoved...

「The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. 」
