「We unpacked and then noticed the toilet was not cleaned. They put us in another room, but it really didnt have a window-it looked down into a storage-like room. The next day we requested and they moved us into an upgraded 3rd room. The one person at the desk was helpful, though.」

「We had a great stay! Breakfast was great every morning and the pool was really great for both little kids and swimming a few laps. Our room was huge and we had plenty of space to spread out. We also did laundry here, which was really convenient! The hotel was clean, but our hallway had a really strong smell of Mexican food. The smell even came in through our air conditioner. The staff was helpful and nice, but there is only a person at the desk at check in time. The rest of our stay, we needed...

「The room was updated, the beds were great, the room was clean except for the floor, Bathroom was cramped with no place to hang anything.」

「When I arrived, there was no one to check me in. After I pushed the buzzer, a young lady came and gave me my room key. When I discovered that there was not an ice bucket in my room, I went back to the "front desk" and pushed the buzzer several times, but no one came. I returned a bit later, and again pushed the buzzer multiple times. Again, no one came. I was never able to get an ice bucket. When I left in the morning, there was no one behind the "front desk."」

「Room and surroundings were clean and staff friendly and helpful, but our toilet ran off and on during the night, waking us up.」
