「Sue at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. It is very clean and a good value for the money. The location was good and access was easy. The breakfast is a bag with a sweet roll, water, fruit cup, and apple juice. My only issue is that hotels should now advertise this versus "free breakfast." Secondly, the person in the morning should have proactively offered me the "bag breakfast" versus having to have me ask for it. Overall, it was good one night's stay and I would recommend it. 」

「This place doesn’t provide daily room service and I was told “no guarantees” for service help by one of the front desk attendants. The pool was cold and the hot tub was also cold. The breakfast crew were great. The cleaning crew and room attendants work hard to keep things nice and we appreciated them. 」

Only suggestion would be that the front desk be more responsive to requests for more pool towels. When we went to the pool area, there were no towels left. My daughter went to the front desk to ask for more for the additional guests that were coming into the pool area as we left. She gave my daughter 2 towels, one for each of us.
