「Things I loved:
- The staff was very helpful and friendly.
- The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many selections
- the bed was comfortable
- room service was fast and affordable
- the room was cleaned every day I was there
Areas for improvement:
- The lighting by the mirror in the bathroom was not sufficient. Need more lights
- The shower heads need to be cleaned and decalcified with vinegar
- The toilet would flush inconsistently
- Would be great to have a small shelf or stand in the...

「The location is really convenient as the hotel is located in Simpang Lima where we could find big shopping malls. The room was clean and quite spacious, but the TV was definitely too small and there was poor TV reception on all movie channels (it's still fine as we didn't go there for watching television). Among all the ibis hotels that we have been to, this one is relatively basic, but it's still worth the price. The breakfast was only mediocre which only served a limited food variety.」
