「This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. 「We had a lovely stay. Very convenient location to explore Granada. The grounds of the hotel are picturesque - walkways that overlook the pool and have nice decor. It was really nice staying here. The owners and staff are wonderful. Parking is easy. Breakfast was a great tradition Nicaraguan breakfast. 」

There is a great restaurant that is associated with the hotel that also served a great breakfast. The pool was refreshing. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending activities. 「The staff was great ! The room was clean and a great location … this worked well for my partner and I because we could cook and metro center is a 2 minute walk . The neighborhood is safe and quiet and 10-15 minutes away from everything we needed . It could use remolding but for the location and price it’s perfect I would recommend! 」

「We had a very short but lovely stay. The room was really pretty and very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the whole place had a beautiful colonial vibe. Oscar was extremely kind and helpful, giving us all the information we needed about getting around, arranging a taxi to the city centre, and making sure we safely got to the airport with the same driver for our very early 5 a.m. flight. We truly appreciated the care and attention.」
