「Kind staff」

「Natalie at front desk is exceptionally helpful. English is excellent and helped me order a vegetarian meal. Rooms are very clean. Hotel is close to the airport. Not any other amenities but that isn't the reason to stay here. Not far from a major shopping mall too...about 7 min by car.」

「No shuttle bus service as mentioned in service. Before booking they said it is rare advantage but there is no advantage at all also it is middle of residential area very hard to access anything noting round all small house and high school. Staff was friendly room clean breakfast okay nice also they don’t respond chat」

「Very hot in the hotel. No aircon. Staff are all poker faced… feel like going back to soviet era 」

「Staff were helpful and kind. Hotel design is pretty cool too」
