「We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but had very bad living experience there. The hotel is not clean: the smell of sewer filled the whole room when we entered into the room every time . The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!! On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water...

「This hotel is incredible . Although it looks big on the outside, there is only 20 rooms (the rest I believe are the family’s private apartments). There isn’t loads of parking under the hotel but we never had any issues in the underground car park. Staff were brilliant, so friendly and they genuinely couldn’t do enough to help.
