「Great hotel」

「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...

「Please fix the leak from shower. Leaks in the bathroom and hallway carpet. Smells mold. Replace the entrance carpet just 2-3 m. Smells bad. And spray heavily for mold. It’s a great hotel otherwise and great staff. I loved it. Thank you.」

「Really enjoyed our stay here and Anita was great with us, very friendly and willing to arrange taxis for some other visits. The accommodation is about a 30 minute easy walk from Porto Montenegro (or a 4/5 minute taxi drive). It is fairly near the airport but we never had any issue with noise from the planes. Great location to have as a base to explore the surrounding area. 」

「Beautiful place but expensive, we needed to get a place for the last night in Montenegro」

「No Assistnace with luggage with winding stone stairways. No concierge from 10pm- 12 am. No one at 6am at reception to receive keys. Requested lunch box or breakfast bag for pickup which was not there. Taxi stand is far away from property to walk with luggage. Excellent though as close to water and food is ok. Sea bass was good. Waiters are helpful. English is not spoken well. View is great. Shopping streets are good.」

「Thé view in the backside of the hotel was spectacular however the overall management of the property was poor. While it’s clear construction is going on throughout the area, there were several broken pool chairs, the boards around the pool were loose or coming up, there was trash that was never picked up, rooms poorly cleaned and attention to details was lacking.」

「Et herlig og lekkert lite hotell. Super service, blide folk, deilig frokostbuffet og sentralt, litt utenfor den travleste turistgata. Nyoppusset og lekkert! Hvis vi savnet noe var det småting som knagger på rommet og veranda, samt at kjøleskapet kunne vært kaldere. Eller helt tipp topp!!! 」

「Please know that you can’t be dropped by taxi to the hotel front door. You get dropped at the gate and let the golf carts take you to the hotel. Note: Getting in and out of Perast is not easy and taxis gouge ya. We took the bus to Kotor and got a taxi there to Tivat airport. The hotel has old world charm with original stones. If you have a faint heart, do not get an upper floor as there is no lift. We were on the 3rd floor and you get winded at the 2nd floor and we are in shape! Good workout....
