"Lovely and quiet, friendly staff who put up beautifully with our very poor catalan/spanish.
Room was clean although there was a long dark head hair on my pillow the 1st night when we pulled down the sheets to get into bed. Toilet roll is very thin, and even if you're happy to forgo room service, you will need frequent replenishment of loo roll.
Also, note there is no lift (we were on the 4th/top floor) and no kettle in the room."

"The "room service" does not exist. The hours of operation of the resturaunt and no coffee provision, no in room menu and no service phone, limits amenities listed on website.
When asked for extra towels due to a rain storm and leaks in the room, we were denied."

Great 4 day stay! I reserved an apartment unit and it was amazing. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. My stay was during low season in October. The town is very calm this time of year- which I love. The staff is very accomodating. The cleaning staff serviced my room daily. Only cons are the walls of the rooms are thin. Also, the breakfast buffet is really just simple items such as ham, tortillla de patata, coffee, cheese and a few other options. It was fine for me, but if...
