「Gigi at the front desk was especially helpful. The property was clean and the rooms were nice. The only thing I would say negatively is the rooms need a sofa. There is nowhere to sit except for 1 chair and the bed.」

「I paid my reservation,but when I got there midnight,they said they didn't have room available.Terrible attitude,they don't care where I can sleep.I tried many phone calls to find a room,all failed.Terrible,terrible experience.I used to have a very good impression with Hampton,now I feel disgusting.」

「Very nice and well maintained property. The staff was very courteous. I would definitely stay again.」

「good」

「When I entered my room, I saw that the bathroom had not been cleaned. The manager quickly moved me to a new room, but didn't offer any rate reduction for the trouble. The wing where my new room was located was hot and stuffy. The rooms are not carpeted, but probably once were, because there is a gap of more than an inch under the door to the hallway, so it was hard to get my room cooled down. 「The garbage pails in the rooms should have lining in them. They should have garbage bags in them. We did not want to throw anything out into the garbage pails because there was no garbage bag in the pails. I would highly suggest you get garbage bags into the garbage pails in the rooms. Otherwise, everything else was very good. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friend.」

「空调太大声了！影响睡觉」

「It was pretty good on the Internet at the time. I didn't expect that going in would be too disappointing. The front desk is a very old grandpa, he check in my room for almost an hour」
