「After a long day of travel, I expected a clean, comfortable, and quiet room based on the reviews, but my experience was the opposite. The issues began at check-in. The lobby is very small and had an overwhelming smell of food, which made it unpleasant to even stand there. The owner at the front desk was also quite unfriendly. In my room, I immediately noticed the pillowcases had clearly not been changed from the previous guest. I went back to the front desk to request clean ones (again walking...

「We called the after hours number 3 times for after hours check in and no one answered after we were told all we had to do was call the phone number on the door. We had to get another hotel. 」

「Spacious rooms with everything one would possible need. Full refrigerator, dish washer, stove, toaster, coffee maker, blender and washer and dryer. Great setting with plenty of trees and activities outside, and many games available for inside the unit. Clean grills with tables for outside dinning. We plan on being back soon. Steve Korn」

「Stayed two nights with young grandkids. Booked the Family room. It worked great for our stay. The grandkids loved the pool. 」

「Check in time I believe is 3 o’clock. We came in at about 12. They would let us check in early for an extra fee. I just don’t agree with these rules. If the room is available, we should be able to get in it. 」

「The door had a huge crack on it, there was dead insect on the bed, the check-in guy wasn't too friendly, didn't tell me welcome to Quality inn, or let me know information on what the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was nothing but bagels with jam that was old. They didn't have any hot breakfast, just muffins, bagels. They kept charging my card w/o my approval. Charged me 20 for 2 extra people - even though the room can have guest up to 4 to 5. Unfriendly service. 」

「The room is newly remodeled and was nice. The outside needed blowing to clean up. I called the number and reported no bulb in the outside lite. No Kleenex, only decaffeinated coffee, no sugar, no sweetener, no creamer. The tv needs an IT executive to operate! Outside grounds were poorly kempt. Office looked like a bomb went off. Called the number for the items, never got them. Obvious that some United are rented. Terrible!!!!!!」
