Nice clean cabin style room, wood ceilings etc. must be well insulated since we never heard the rooms next to us. There is a Tipsy Hippie restaurant and bar on premises that has a great vibe and the food looked good even though we just had drinks. Can’t comment on staff since it was over Christmas and we never seen them besides the folks at the restaurant which were great.
Quiet room even though it was close to a main road. Surrounded by pine trees and a stones throw from the lake. We were greeted by Canada geese and goslings each morning. Restaurant and bar on the grounds! Very kind staff! Would definitely stay here again.
It’s lovely here at Lakeside in the little cabin with fireplace, kitchen, little eating nock with a full mini refrigerator We are currently sitting on the front porch of our cabin enjoying an evening beverage. We simply love being here enjoying the fresh air, pine trees, lake and mountains. Everything one needs to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the pines. Every evening at about 17PM and again at 7AM a flock of geese fly by while we sit outside enjoying a quiet moment reviewing our daily adventures and talking to family about our upcoming visits to see them. Truely memorable moments which will have to be repeated next time we visit this area. The area reminds us of our home in Denmark. We will definately recommend it to our American family and friends.
The lady that helped up was very helpful and kind. The cabin is very cute and a great location. There was black sediment (like sand) coming out with the water so I would suggest taking water bottles or jugs to brush teeth and cook
I enjoy the cabins, the environment and the restaurant is great. Cabin is always clean, cozy - with fresh flowers waiting which is a great touch. Staff is always helpful with anything you need.
Very spacious, was clean and gave a warm welcoming home feeling, check in was also fast and easy. Only requests I have for next time is curtains on the windows for more privacy, another ac unit to help keep the inside below the 80s during the day and/or window screens so when we open them we dont get bugs inside.
I always stay here on my work trips. Cabins are clean & cozy! WiFi is great and have never had an issues here. I prefer to support the locals vs corporate entities.
They have a nice little restaurant that serves great food. (Dine in or take out). Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of.
Nice little tuck away, clean and tidy, easy access
Nice neat little get away, clean with libations near by.
Check in was a little confusing at first.
Side note: Could have used some hanger space like a small closet to hang shirts and jackets.
Also room 6-8 are backed up against Long Wong's bar and restaurant.
If your looking for quite you will have to wait till 10 pm when they close.
Parking when long wongs is open is hard, patrons park in the cabin parking area making it difficult to get to your room cabin if you are in cabin 6-8.
I stayed here 8/9-10/2024 & let me start by saying this place is so easy to find & close to everything. There was a band at the bar but I couldnt hear anything! The room was clean & had the necessary items we needed. No stove but there are 2 BBQ for use outside. While there I killed 2 little black spiders 1 in my pajamma bottoms but other then that I would highly recommend staying here. Check in is at the restaurant & the staff was friendly. I felt safe there with my daughter. You guy's gotta check this place out & the price is right on the money. Thank you for a safe, clean, comfortable place .

The cabin is cute altho older. It is obvious that they have invested some improvements; the bathroom was so cute and the kitchen was updated. The beds were comfortable. The only concern was a dripping bathtub...didn't bother us except that water usage is so important to us in AZ....it was a shame to see that constant drip. Check in at the restaurant was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful and walked us to our cabin and explained the air conditioner. Check out was even easier. The TV is loaded with streaming services. The place could use some new pillows. But for the age of these cabins and that they have obviously been updated, and the price - it was a comfortable night's stay. Thanks so much!
Room was clean, lots of pillows! On site restaurant was good and there is a great little coffee shop, The Depot, walking distance. Heater refused to shut off based on temp, but other than that, great, affordable place to stay!

Hotel Check-in-Not clearly marked. You sign in and get your key at the restaurant. When you leave, you just leave the key on the counter and leave the cabin door unlocked.
Cabin-No closet/dressers. Warm/ Hot water pressure was not very good at all, but was the same way down the road so it looks like that might be just how it is in the area. Not a lot of steps and plenty of walking room. There is a wooded area behind the village, but no signs or notices of who it belongs to. Despite the busy Friday and Saturday evening at the bar and the busy road, the area was fairly quiet. It was sunny and in the 70s the whole weekend with no humidity so the air conditioner worked perfectly. The view of the lake is to die for!
Village-The Tipsy Hippy bar was our favorite spot here. The staff were friendly and when the place got busier, so did they. We sat inside at the bar, but there is also an outside seating area that was a hot spot. The restaurant and bar are literally right next door to the lodgings. However, the antique store and boutiques do not seem to be open at all.
There were also no Uber drivers available during our trip, so unless you have family in the area, you will need a rental car as there is not a lot within a 2 block walking distance. We were able to Door Dash from Walgreens.
Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely an adventure.
Loved this property. The staff was very welcoming and polite. The rooms were very clean and neat. Huge plus to have a restaurant/ bar near the room. Overall amazing stay we really enjoyed it! Definitely will be returning!
