"Check in was great despite how congested with a long line of wait. Check out was the worst while there was no waiting line at all, missed airport bus due to waiting for a reception to be available. However one star is missing due to the idiotic design of the bench and the writing table, where it is impossible to get to the bench without injuring yourself (10 cm gap between the two), and due to the socket layout and condition (those on the bench not working, the other ones hidden under and behind the table)."

"I am a solo traveler from Texas. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, for 14 days in 2022 and 16 days just 2 weeks ago. This is by far one of my favorite hotels in Seoul. The staff knows enough English to be helpful, even with taxi info. There’s cleaning service every single day if you need it. Restaurant and gym on the property. Corner store and starbucks right downstairs and everything you can think to eat across the street. The distance might be farther away from the usual tourist sites, but there’s a subway right around the corner. An easy card only laundry mate less than 5 min away. 10/10 experience every time and I can’t wait to come back. "
