"Its a great hotel to stay at if one is working in Haining or Jiaxing. One can even cover Hangzhou from Haibing's Pulman. All facilities are good. Breakfast is excellent . Hotel had a nice number of foreign visitors which is a good recommendation in itself. i will stay here again."

For alila standard, this is probably the worst experience ever. It shouldn’t been rated 4/5 star hotel. Probably 1 star Request for check out the next day. Had to scram to look for another hotel elsewhere. Staff was going to charge me full price including the meal had I not raise concern. They didn’t seem to understand English much. They did waive off the meal in the end and did gave me some discount on the room. I asked the staff to arrange transport for me to other hotel, they did but they made me pay for the transport even though I had to leave because of the poor hotel condition. I had hard time trying to book another hotel as I’m not familiar with the city, the driver was kind enough to help me and drove me to another hotel where I could instantly book a room on the spot which cost half of what alila was charging and condition of the room was much better with no smell in the room. "
