Independent Westport hotels

"It appears that the hotel is in transition. The room was clean and very comfortable had everything we needed and was as advertised. Breakfast was good. The hotel is walking distance to the beach which was really nice. However there was no elevator service and no estimated repair date (the hotel has 4 floors), the pool and hot tub were out of service should be operational in near future, there are repairs being done all over the hotel. It is unknown if or when the restaurant will reopen, I...

"It’s definitely old school style hotel at the beach but even with age they have kept everything very nice. The only complaint I think I have were the mattresses were very worn out and uncomfortable. Other than that We loved our stay here. The staff were nice, thoughtful, and helpful."

"The rooms are nice but the outside is kind of dumpy and the area it’s in is sketchy. But the staff was nice, we left some items in the room and they called to let us know and asked what they should do with the stuff."
