"We love the food. Everything was delicious. That was thr best thing we experienced in this hotel. And also they have free drinks. The room is spacious. Bathroom looks clean. The room is spacious but I not sure how clean the room is. The bedside table has very visible dust because of that I think maybe they also don't vaccuum their bed, sofa and carpet. The bed and pillows are not comfortable."

"Wow what an unforgettable experience. We had a wonderful time at the ishinoya izu nagoaka ryokan. We booked a traditional room with a private which was ideal because I have tattoos and the public baths were under renovations. We still had an amazing time. The food was excellent and we just relaxed and checked out the surrounding areas. We were here for two nights from constantly moving around across Japan so it was great to relax. We had a shuttle bus pick us up from the train station, however...

"Great place for families visiting Shimoda and Izu Peninsula. Definitely a hotel catering to Japanese tourists, but with a little Japanese and respect the staff is very friendly and works with you. Some of the staff spoke some English. Bathhouse, arcade, and hotel amenities were great. Walking distance to everything downtown and easy spot to drive to other locations. Would definitely stay here again with family on vacation. "
