"The customer service was excellent. I asked if they know where I can get hot water and they gave me kettle. Also the place is very clean and near every shopping center. The parking is bit expensive, about $50 a night but understandable since we stayed in the city. "

"There was poop on the sidewalk outside the property. There were only 2 people at the front desk checking in guests. The man that checked us in was so helpful and friendly I didn’t get his name but he was helpful in getting us a room more of our liking as we had initially requested a room above the 35th floor and the one that was reserved for us was the 26th floor which would have been miserable. He checked the system and was able to put us on the 37th floor!!! We stay here often"

"Overall we had a great stay at Alexis Park Inn. The area has a lot around it, even if it feels a little rough (usual SF homeless and noise). The room was clean and had all amenities listed. Staff were all attentive and seem to care about the property. There is limited parking, but it felt safe and well-managed. Perfect little breakfast cafe (grab and go - not a sit down) place across the street! They also had lunch sandwiches and Bahn mi, etc. Was very convenient for ride share to pick up and...
