It was spacious, tastefully decorated, two comfortable chairs for relaxing or dining at the round table. Large comfortable and warm bed. Balcony with chairs and table as well as beautiful views of the Derwent River. A blessing was being able to turn the heating on silent. "On first appearance it seems like they are upgrading the front of the motel. I believe it was very messy when they bought it and it is still a work in progress. The rooms are immaculate. The view took me straight to our private balcony. Absolutely stunning view straight across the lake to the sea. I’d heard some people caught a kg of prawns in the lake in front of us the day before. The King size bed was the most comfortable bed we’d slept on in our whole trip. Extras pillows if we wanted....
