「The best hotel ever! The rooms are clean and the hotel smells great when you walk in! We were greeted very nicely by the staff! The ambiance outside is great. It’s right across the Robinsons Mall. The breakfast was fantastic! Not your usual continental breakfast, this was high class. 」

「Parking is a block away where the hotel is. We checked in our room, there was no Bath Towel and no face towel. I had to call reception to bring some to our room. It’s a nice hotel but it smells like dried fish or fish market in the lobby due to it’s in the bust street and city itself. Otherwise they have nice restaurants and friendly staff at the reception desk and restaurants.」

「I like the fact that it had and living space around your hotel room. That is shared but you rarely see any of the other guests. Plus there’s smoking designated areas. That’s a plus. 」

「A great destination to relax and unwind . The staff make you feel special and apart of the family. The boat trip is a must to explore the coast line and see how some of the locals live . If you get a chance dive into the waters and refresh like i did you wont regret it . Just ask your boat driver if its the right time of year to swim . 」

「towels were not changed daily; only the first day had free bottled water. the water closet in the comfor room is defective; shower is okay with hot and cold options, but the pipe is leasking; the faucet has defective handle in room 303.」

「Pretty much everything is average as I would expect from hotels I've been to in the Philippines so far. Not the cleanest or dirtiest just average but as I have come to expect great customer service.」

「Beautiful gardens and location with jungle mountains in the background. There is a pool on the way which will be a real bonus. The host retired Aussie Trevor and wife Jessa really make you feel like you're at home,while Ramil who apart from being a jack of all trades is a fantastic cook and takes care of any requests you may have. Jupiter's is a fun bar to hang out at night and sing a song if your keen.」
