「David the concierge was fantastic. Dropped my car off and picked my car up for me on the street. The TV in the room was old and hard to navigate. The rooms are quite dated, Super hard to get the thermostats to work and the hotel is under construction in the lobby.」

「Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Included breakfast had more options that many hotels. Room was clean. However, the furniture was worn. Additionally, the room smelled musty. (It may have been located over the pool.) 」

「This hotel exceeded our expectations! We were there for my surgery at Mayo. The room had a very comfortable recliner which I needed to sleep on. My husband said the bed was just as comfortable. A special bonus is that when we returned to the hotel after the procedure, they were serving soup and muffins! It was just the comfort food that I needed. Staff was very warm and welcoming!! The pool and hot tub was also perfect. We will definitely recommend this Hampton Inn in Rochester! Thank you so...
