"Stay was great and room was awesome. J Calo the Bel man was extra helpful and the front desk was very nice. Pool did run out of towels, we did ask for some and they were never brought over. Drinks while gambling did take a bit long to get back to us also. "

"Staff super friendly and professional. Bryan at the front desk very welcoming and friendly. Entire staff all the way down to housekeeping very professional and welcoming. This hotel staff is always pleasant no matter who is at the front desk. The young lady with beautiful makeup forgive me I forgot her name but she was so sweet! Oscar reassured my reservations and everything was set two weeks prior to my arrival. I’ve been staying here now for 8yrs I highly recommend this hidden jewel! "

"This was a leisure trip with family. This hotel is always neat and clean. Never disappointed with my stay here. Friendly staff the shuttle driver is very nice and an asset to the trip( having shuttle service to the casinos is a plus)."
