"Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a delight. Mostly western food with mixture of pastries. My little girl enjoys the food. Location is near a subway station. Suitable for strollers. It is just opposite a market and nearby there are a lot of dinjng options available. Walkable to Namba. The only downside is the carpet cleaning which seems to be a little dirty even after we requested to clean it. Room is quite decent and the toilet is a bit small."

"This hotel had a great location in Shinsaibashi, surrounded by different restaurants and shopping right outside your door. It was also about a 10 min walk to Dotonbori. The place had a very modern interior and was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed in the hotel. I do think the breakfast was a bit lacking and could have more breakfast like options. "

"I loved this hotel so much I really did. It was the best hotel we had in all of Japan but I can't give it 5 stars as I was attacked by another tourist during breakfast at this hotel so I can't give them full stars even though I really want to. I did nothing wrong and this crazy tourist harassed me two mornings in a row and on the second morning it got physical. The hotel did nothing to protect me. I did not feel safe at this hotel. "

"First time staying here. Parking is really confusing since there are no visible signs when driving by. Ended up parking at the city walk structure which is NOT where you park. Although the front desk told me it was all connected. The rates are insane at city walk structure. Rooms, it was ok. 3 adults, 3 children and there are only 2 towels in each room. Kept having to call for extra towels daily. Bedding, another story.. You have to be specific so they know if youre going to use the pull out...
