「Excellent and very helpful Staff at front desk.」

「One night stay on a month long stay in India. Very helpful with booking taxi to the airport. Room service available during the day. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. This is my second stay in a 10 month period since I had such a comfortable stay for a few days staying here in August 2023.」

「The staff were great. The room had a broken toilet seat and broken toilet. The glasses were dirty. No kettle in the room. Upon requesting one i recieved a dirty kettle withbdirty mugs. No water, or soap etc supplied. No tea or coffee. It was so noisy that sleep was impossible」

「Property is good to roam around but a BIG NOO if any one wants to stay there. They leave guests on their own during the night. There was a continuous stomping sound at the roof of my room so I started calling them around 10.30 BUT no one answered the calls. I kept calling them and finally the call was answered at 9.30am. moreover, they do have DAWAKHANA(medicine store) and FIRST AID sites to show but DO NOT have basic medicines like PARACETAMOL.
