Golden Temple visit

Worst HOTEL EVER
One of the worst service I have stayed in this hotel, stay there if you only want to go golden temple don’t expect anything more, staff is very very very rude, good order for breakfast will never reach less than an hour, omelette only can take up to 1 hour or more, iron is in the basement and they don’t allow you to iron in room.

The rooms were shabby ...Like a jail cell. Window is there but can not be used since it is facing the wall. House keeping is pathetic. Bed sheets not clean. No pillow covers provided . Very bad experience and not at all value for money.

I was traveling with a group of 4 to visit Golden Temple. I got a room with 3 beds and two bathrooms. We had a clean room, wifi and hot water. We were also located right next to the Golden Temple. This is more than what is hoped for!

If your purpose is just being in Shri Harmandir Sahib, than this hotel is the best choice to make. Its just 2 mins walk from Shri Harmandir Sahib . We didn't try food inside the hotel. But there are tea stalls, breakfast stalls just outside the hotel.The area has lot many shops in case you want to buy anything for temple itself. Staff was very supportive .

The hotel's location is excellent, hop, skip and jump, you are in the golden temple entrance. Markets are quite closeby. Staff are very friendly and always looking to help. Room service is exceptional. Delicious food served.
Bathroom needed a bit of maintenance and didn't have hot water the first day. Overall, very pleasant stay and great staff and food.
