Great location and staff. Tiny bathroom with no frills. Took several minutes to get hot water and toilet could have had better cleaning. Otherwise was adequate with good bed.

The property is old but has been renovated and is clean and spacious. It was quiet and safe to walk around at night. Central location which is close to many restaurants and bars, easily walkable to the piers and Pike Place.

Me and My Lady stayed here frm Arizona for her 21st Birthday We enjoyed are stay Its Near The pike Market Everything was pretty much walkable including the Monorail Which was very easy for us to get to the airport Service was great thanks to Samir.

It was a super noisy night, i will never book here again. I couldn’t really fall asleep until 4 am, car sounds outside were super loud to the room, I think the property need to replace some new windows otherwise how can people sleep in the room.

Junkies on the sidewalk right in front of the entrance. When I checked in I was notified I’d be charge $45 for parking when we arrived I was told there was no more parking and we’d have to park at a different spot away from the hotel. The hotel pictures did not match the actual hotel. The 2 Arabic/Indian? Men up front were rude and not helpful at all. I let them know I was checking and was only greeted with ID I have it to him and he threw it back in the table and pushed the screen to me to fill out literally in silence. So so rude.

We noticed you arrived around midnight, and our valet spots were already taken. Our location in downtown Seattle is safe, but as in any other city the transient population has become a problems. Rest assure, the city officials and our security patrol service are out patrolling for the safety of all visitors. Once again, apologize, and will address these issues with our overnight team. Thank you.

The room was a bit dated, and small. Coffee lounge was nice, and most of the staff was helpful and pleasant. Parking is an extra 45$! Facility was clean and right downtown.

We had a really bad camping trip and came here after we had to abondon due to rain. This place was like a warm hug and it made our weekend salvageable!

Great stay. Walkable to a lot of different options. Friendly and smart staff. I was not a huge fan of the cleaning staff vacuuming the hallways at 8:15am, but if that is the worst thing about my 3 night stay, I’d say that’s pretty minor.

The rooms are much smaller than they appear on the web description. The bathrooms are super tight and small with no space. Our shower/tub had a plumbing issue where the water wouldn’t drain. There was no room in general. Staff was pretty nice and welcoming.

I liked that their was a staff member assisting with opening and closing doors every time someone went in and out and able to leave luggage there if flight is later in the day I disliked the location of the elevator my room was right across (2 feet) in front of elevator and can hear everyone that uses elevator

Staff was extremely nice! Clean rooms. Walkable to pikes place and close to monorail to transport to space needle.. its a bit noisy but hotel Does provide ear plugs.

Really great hotel for the price! Staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was very easy. Parking is pricey, but a must if you’re driving. Rooms were clean and spacious, with everything you need. The only thing I wish it had (perhaps this is coming in the future with the building they are doing?!) is a restaurant/breakfast. There are currently no options offered by the hotel, so I think this attention would make it almost perfect.

The room was nice. But didn’t have heat; only air conditioning. They provided a space heater. It was okay since it was the end of April. But any winter month would be cold in the room. The bathroom is on the smaller side. The space was quite tight where the toilet is. And there was no fan in the washroom so the humidity builds up. The staff was nice. The valet was very helpful since we made multiple trips to the car while it was in the parkade. For the price point, This hotel is good. But i wouldn’t expect too much in terms of room quality. The building is old and it shows.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about the cooler temperatures. The hotel HVAC system works on heat in the winter and AC in the warmer month. Seattle weather made some promises of warm days, but later turned to cooler temperatures during the night. We hope the space heaters were able to help.
