"The hotel is undergoing refurbishment. So no dinning area for breakfast or anywhere to sit. This was not mentioned at any time during the booking. Still paying full price though "

"We happened to stay on a night where there were a bunch of youth sports kids so that’s the only thing that altered our comfort. They were loud, disruptive, and not well looked after by who they were there with. It would probably help if the hotel hired some sort of security because we also had people on our floor being so loud after midnight.
