The hotel is undergoing refurbishment. So no dinning area for breakfast or anywhere to sit. This was not mentioned at any time during the booking. Still paying full price though

Liked the location. Near fast food places that one can walk to. Staff very friendly. Front desk had cookies! What I didn't like was when I was walking to my room and you can feel the sunken places on the floor. Shower door didn't stay closed so had to use a towel to help closing it. Bathroom door snagged when opening and closing. Closet door did not close properly. You can hear popping noises in the shower. Clearly the hotel has foundation issues.

The staff were wonderful. They were kind and helpful. The hotel is located off I-35 behind another hotel. The location was convenient for my purposes (traveling between Buda & Lockhart) and had good food options nearby. The breakfast provided was also wonderful. The area was kept clean and well stocked. The option for coffee in the lobby at all times was a great perk as well. The room we had (two queens & a pullout) was a great size and the room itself appeared clean. However, both of my daughters were walking on the carpets in white socks. Those socks were filthy within an hour. The elevators and halls had an odd smell. Not terrible, just odd. I think overall the hotel is clean and safe, but might just be in need of a good carpet cleaning throughout.
