"Really nice BnB. The room was large and clean. We stayed in the Parker suite. Large jacuzzi tub in the center room. The breakfasts were excellent 4 course meals. I’d like the coffee to be stronger but that’s a personal preference. This is a nice location. Don’t worry about not staying in town or on the water front because either of these are easily accessible by car and the town and waterfront do not meet each other geographically, so you’ll need transportation either way. "

"This is a very cute well run B & B in a great part of Rochester. It’s on a quiet residential street but it is near both Park and Monroe Ave where there are a lot of good restaurants."

"What an amazing B & B - beautiful and spacious rooms and common areas. The breakfasts were amazing and the host was delightful. The inn is within walking distance to the downtown, with great shops and restaurants, and the lake."

"Great place to stay. Very close to my friends in Rochester. I love how many restaurants there are near by. I’ve never had a problem here room is always clean."

"It is an older facility, and it is showing its age a bit. The cookies are spectacular (it doesn't matter how old the children are;-) The pool wasn't working properly and water was cold, so we couldn't utilize it. The hotel wasn't too busy, so it was quiet, but if you don't want to hear the street noise, don't choose the room facing the street. Staff was friendly. "

"I was given the wrong onformation about the breakfast time. I caused me to miss a meal. I had to take an uber to a different location. This was very disruptive and inconvenient. "
