"Genuinely one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, everything was great. It's walking distance from the train station, the funicular, bars, restaurants, the river front and shopping. Despite being so central it is a quiet location. The bar has a lovely garden outside, and the staff looked after us really well, especially Afonso and Helder in the bar and the staff on Reception. "
