"This is my fourth stay in this hotel/resort and I must say that I'm still very impressed with the quality of the place. The room was great with comfortable beds and a nice tub for soaking in the natural hot and cold spring water. However, this is the first time I've visited the hotel during a non-peak period and I was not too pleased with the standard of the breakfast that was served. "The hotel grounds are amazing, the staff friendly but lacking in the sense where we paid full rate and received an off season service. Breakfast was good but not buffet, the jacuzzi in the room was disabled according to staff. You need to tell them if you’re coming back after 23:00 because they close the main gate. The room was super spacious and nice but needs a refresh… over all, it is a great hotel considering others in the area and as I said the grounds are amazing, photos attached"

"The hotel is located right on the lake so if you ask for a lake view it is pretty but in the mornings the train announcements start around 9 to 5. That takes away from the tranquility. The rooms are nice but the bathrroms need cleaning."

"Located in an extremely convenient area, close to many great restaurants and extremely walkable to places of interest. Service is impeccable. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful during our weeklong stay here. Daily housekeeping was also completed to high standards while we were away. The daily breakfast was good, variety was slightly small and most of the main dishes were repeated daily like the porridge, buns, fruits, cereals and bakery items. No complaints there though. FYI, the rooms are huge. Overall this was a good place to stay and I’d highly recommend choosing this location when visiting Taichung."
