"Stayed 5 nights in the deluxe ocean suite. Amazing room with a great view. Service was amazing from start to finish. Biggest disappointment was the beach. The beach gets very shallow in the afternoon and there are lots of rocks which make it unsuitable for swimming. Also marine activities are sometimes not available and a bit pricier than other places. "Overall bad experience, three-star hotel at most. The hotel is old, facilities not quite clean. Our pillows have a dirty feet smell, very unpleasant. Even after we asked them to change the pillows, the next day, there is another dirty feet smell pillow!!! Food is not good either. The only ok restaurant is the Four Season one and the Japanese restaurant. But not all restaurants open all the time. Staff is not as friendly to foreigners as to Japanese . Limited English speaking staff"
