"Everything was great besides the mattress. It was awful. Soft, felt like it was completely broken down and squeaked every time you moved. No idea how the mattress could be that bad in a hotel that knew. There was also a terrible squeaking sound coming from the air conditioning unit every time the fan. Everything else was wonderful. Staff was great, everything was clean and pleasant."

"My daughter and I stayed here while in Columbus for a concert. The hotel is 3 mins from Nationwide arena. All of staff were awesome from the moment I arrived. Valet was great, as were the front desk reps and the coffee shop staff. Hotel is modern and rooms are clean. The lobby is so cozy. The area around the hotel is so nice and quiet with a park and COSI across the street. I want to stay here every time I’m in Columbus."

"There was no shower curtain and no trash bags in the garbage cans, Although an associate did bring us what we needed. The room was dusty and the position of the shower head was weird. "There was a small hiccup in checking in as my email wasnt showing check in instructions, but Mat was very helpful and te twd the information to me! When you first come in, the common area is very welcoming and it is easy to navigate to your room! There are bins provided for you yo store your snacks and tape provided to mark all fridge and bin items! The rooms have a TV with Amazon and Netflix already installed and signed in! Security is very reliable, an individual pin for each party to enter the house, then another pin for your room! Would definitely book with them again!"
