I arrived at the hotel early and the front lady made some room arrangement to let me check in earlier so I could put my luggage in the room. The on-site free parking is a huge plus. "Nice part of San Francisco. Easy to get to the hotel. Walking distance to the Pier. Very few homeless people on the wharf or around the hotel. WONDERFUL staff - extremely nice, friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very nice. And they have a great outdoor area for enjoying several fire pits, music, appetizers and drinks. The service is exceptional. And I love the valet service. Sound proofing between rooms is not great nor is the 1” gap underneath the door to the hallway so you can hear absolutely everything that is going on all night. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Recommend for a short stay with easy access to the good places "
