「The facilities is good and spacious, very close to tram station, it takes 30mins tram to Amsterdam central. You need to set up the extra bed yourself but I found a silverfish in the blanket cabinet under the sofa. 」

「The July is a comfortable, clean, modern hotel in a quiet residential section of town. The hotel restaurant is good. Outside seating options make for a pleasant meal or cocktail. The staff is polite and attentive. Getting to and from the hotel to sights and restaurants is always a taxi or Uber. Nothing is within walking distance. Expect $15 to $20 for each ride by Uber. Taxis are mych more and should be avoided. 」

「住了8天7晚都沒有清潔服務，只收過一次垃圾及添加用品，再要求都沒有人跟進， 可向大堂reception索取額外物品，大堂有免費咖啡供應，就們4人行李delay reception有做低紀錄及待我哋收取了2件物件。」

「Large and very clean room. have a pantry with many kitchen implements for cooking. Very good location that very close to the Rotterdam Central station. Staffs are nice too. 」

「很棒的公寓酒店，櫃檯人員很親切。極佳的地理位置，在奧林匹克運動會會館附近，環境單純安全。397 可以直接往返機場，24 可以直接到中央車站。桑拿設施在冷天中可以迅速趕走寒意。推薦酒店旁的冰淇淋非常的綿密細緻。走路可以大型超市及火車站。」

「If I have to say one small issue is sofa bed could be in better condition. Everything else is perfect. All staffs are professional and helpful, we got everything we need during our stay. The view from my apartment also beautiful. Highly recommended !」
