"We were able to change rooms once we got there because the carpet was dirty & there wasn’t a washer & dryer. When we checked in, I was told you could not get clean towels & bath cloths because we had a washer & dryer. The staff were not consistent in the information they provided. Most were rude except for Chris (manager). The cleaning staff came in twice before we checked out. Seems like they would be updated in real time once people checked out. My daughter and her friend were getting dressed...

"Hotel has nice access to beach and convenient to a few decent restaurants. Room layout is a bit weird with beds as you walk in, then kitchen area then bathroom area then living area. Beds were very firm and pillows were overly stuffed and firm. Not very comfortable. Smelled both cigarette and pot smoke around rooms, lobby, and on balcony the whole stay. Pool, lazy river and jacuzzi were not kept clean during the stay (yuck!). No beach towels offered. After the bike weekend and Memorial Day,...

"I love the property and room that we were given, however, the room really could use some tender loving care. Closet doors that won't close, walls that need badly patched for scuffed marks and painted, light over the microwave that didn't work, and a bedroom light that is very dim were some of the conditions that I noted over my stay. Also was surprised that we didn't have daily housekeeping staff visit the room, so if you want towels and washcloths youhave to call every time."

"Very accommodating , need more tubes for lazy river on both sides , safe and inclusive with key cards ( they will cut off right after check out ) , close to airport and close to other places to eat driving wise though , buses near by but didn’t see bus closer to property "
