"Convenient to tokaname station. Decent sized rooms. Only real cons were that if you have a longer stay, there is no garbage collection and noisy guests in the other rooms. Comfortable and clean place to stay"

"Absolutely the coolest place we have ever stayed! A very inventive and unique treatment on a traditional Japanese house. Cool things everywhere. The host family was very hospitable and ready to help with anything we needed. Very convenient to Otsu and Ishiyama area. We will certainly return here again! "Great location for Nara main attractions. Easy to find restaurants, next to a market, short walk to Nara Park. The place is new, easy to find and easy to use in general. Few things could be improved. Check in instructions were sent in Japanese only and we needed some codes to access the place so it wasn’t straight forward. Towels were super small and the futon super thin you basically sleep on top of the carpet. We have stayed in plenty of futon and tatami hotels in our trip and this one was...

"The apartment was wonderful, though the bunk bed we stayed in was comfortable but creaky. Keep in mind if you stay in that room you must go outside to take a shower in another building. Communication was great and check in and check out very smooth and simple. Very clean and close to bus stops. I would recommend this place if you're looking to stay near Ise Shrine~"
