「Friendly check-in! The room with king-sized bed is a convenient, quiet, clean basic room with parking at door. It has a microwave and fridge, great shower, comfortable bed and small table with two chairs. We did not try the wifi and left before breakfast was available at 7 AM. 」

「We had an initial problem of the reception desk being closed and no answer on the phone number provided. We eventually got through to someone by email but we were worried that we would have to find somewhere else to stay! Once we finally got our key our room was absolutely wonderful. Big doors opening onto the beach and sea and what a view! The room was super clean, well stocked with toiletries and we adored the record player and records left for us. 「Clean, beds,sheets and towels nice, even tho was non smoking, still smelled a lot of smoke. Couldn't reset the heat, so it stayed too warm. (Wasn't clear enough). 」

「We've been staying at the Wellfleet Motel and Lodge for many years. It's directly across the street from the Wellfleet Bay Audubon Sanctuary and that's a big draw for us. The staff at the motel is always courteous and helpful, the rooms are clean and well-maintained. And of course, Harrigan's Cafe is excellent!」

「Great location on water by ferry and bus. Useful small kitchens. Shared deck. Walls thin. Could use blackout curtains. Helpful staff. Rocco’s pizza and Black Dog Tavern close and good! Be aware VH does not sell booze in town except in bars and restaurant. Must go to other towns to purchase. Great trip!」

「Very cold bathroom. 2nd story floor extremely loud (we were on 1st floor & the people walking made it sound like elephants were above us). Lighting very dim (1 lamp). Not many receptacles to plug in phones. I could not recommend this place.」
